Spiritual Health Regimen for Depression
Daily Morning Routine:
wake up by 9am
sungaze/sunbathe for 5-15 minutes
meditate for 5-15 minutes
journal:
write 10 things you are grateful for
write 10 things you love about yourself
write 3 things you would like to improve about yourself (optional)
yoga
morning salutations
Spiritual Hygiene:
take spiritual showers a couple times a week
add on ingredients that are helpful:
sage
lavender
sea salt
lemon
cleanse room at least once a week
smudge (if allowed in place of living):
make sure windows are open
sage, mugwort, palo santo, lavender
spray room or diffuse essential oils:
make sure windows are open
clove, ylang ylang, sage, palo santo
clean sheets
wool dryer ball with sage, rosemary, lavender essential oil
clear clutter with negative attachments
Daily Supplements (try at least 1-3 a day):
fresh herbs:
sage, lavender, rosemary
dried herbs:
sage, rosemary, nettle, mugwort, oregano, dandelion
tinctures:
clove, oregano
spices:
clove, turmeric, cinnamon
sea salt
lemon
Diet:
Root chakra
red vegetables and fruits
Heart chakra
green vegetables and fruits
less meat, more plant-based foods
NO SOY products
NO titanium dioxide
NO sugar
