Spiritual Health Regimen for Depression

Daily Morning Routine:

  • wake up by 9am

  • sungaze/sunbathe for 5-15 minutes

  • meditate for 5-15 minutes

  • journal:

    • write 10 things you are grateful for

    • write 10 things you love about yourself

    • write 3 things you would like to improve about yourself (optional)

  • yoga

    • morning salutations

Spiritual Hygiene:

  • take spiritual showers a couple times a week

    • add on ingredients that are helpful:

      • sage

      • lavender

      • sea salt

      • lemon

  • cleanse room at least once a week

    • smudge (if allowed in place of living):

      • make sure windows are open

      • sage, mugwort, palo santo, lavender

    • spray room or diffuse essential oils:

      • make sure windows are open

      • clove, ylang ylang, sage, palo santo

    • clean sheets

      • wool dryer ball with sage, rosemary, lavender essential oil

    • clear clutter with negative attachments

  • Daily Supplements (try at least 1-3 a day):

    • fresh herbs:

      • sage, lavender, rosemary

    • dried herbs:

      • sage, rosemary, nettle, mugwort, oregano, dandelion

    • tinctures:

      • clove, oregano

    • spices:

      • clove, turmeric, cinnamon

    • sea salt

    • lemon

Diet:

  • Root chakra

    • red vegetables and fruits

  • Heart chakra

    • green vegetables and fruits

  • less meat, more plant-based foods

  • NO SOY products

  • NO titanium dioxide

  • NO sugar
